Awards
We have a 20% increase in athlete numbers for 2008. All awards for Level 5-9 will be assigned in the Garden Room. Announcements will be made and event security will assist all parents, spectators and friends in addition to a lobby posted Directory of all Award Rooms and schedules. All program holders will receive an Awards rotation. The Rotunda Room is designated for warm-up ONLY!

All-around medals (1-6) place. Event rosettes for the top 6 gymnasts in each event. In case of ties, gymnast will be awarded in accordance with the tie-breaking system. Special awards will be given to Miss Tournament, Miss Flexibility, Miss Originality, Challenge Award, Team Awards (1-3 Places {1 Jr. + 1 Sr.}), Combined All-Around {Junior + Seniors}. All FIG rules and regulations will apply.
Prize winnings for the top 3 - Senior Level 10 Division placements within the top 6 places only. ALL category winners will receive an American Girl Package and the Grand Prize Winner Receives a Stakes Prize for Elite Senior Division

Please be advised that we are still waiting on visa travel authorizations for up to 64 athletes. Therefore, we STRONGLY recommend arrival on or by Thursday, January 24, 2008 as to not comprise your flight, competition or travel schedule.

Transportation will be provided at NO CHARGE for host hotel guests ONLY! Radisson Hotel -Westside {310-649-1776} will provide airport shuttle. When placing your reservation and in order to receive complimentary ground transportation, please mention you are with the LA LIGHTS RESERVATION GROUP.

Hotel room rates are $139.00 + US Room Tax per night (up to 4 persons). The hotel offers free ground transportation from LAX airport, competition site, and local drop-off to Howard Hughes Entertainment Complex/Movie Theaters and Fox Hills Mall.
