Host Hotel Reservations are getting full. Do not procrastinate! Schedule your
hotel reservations right away. When calling the hotel at 310-649-1776, you MUST
mention you are reserving the LA Lights Group Rate to receive the group discount
and to be added to the complimentary Ground Transportation/The Grove schedule.
Training Options:
For a nominal fee training is available at the state-of-the-art training facility
that has been newly secured prior to the competition date. Please provide your
flight itinerary, arrival dates, number of participants, ages and levels. Once
received, you will be assigned a training date and time.
Main Floor Warm-Up Training:
Main floor training is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Registration
will open at 10:00am at the host hotel (Radisson Culver City) where you can
pick-up credentials, banquet tickets, event tickets, transportation schedules,
programs, and obtain a "ticket number" for competition site training. A limited
number of tickets are available and will be offered primarily to foreign
delegations. Event/Hotel Registration will be open from 10:00am-4:00pm. The final
shuttle returning from the competition training site will be 3:00pm in preparation
for the 2008 American Girl Place Banquet in which the shuttle will depart from the
hotel lobby at 5:00pm.
Banquet Shuttle:
First shuttle leaves for THE GROVE Los Angeles at 11:00am for tourist
attractions. Second primary shuttle for event banquet leaves at 4:00pm.
The LA Lights Tournament of Champions will provide FREE transportation to THE GROVE. Do not miss the opportunity to see this beautiful and
popular tourist attraction. Visit American Girl Place or eat at the legendary
American Girl Place Cafe and mention your are with the LA Lights Gymnastics group
and receive a "FREE GIFT!"

Banquet:
The 2008 American Girl Place Banquet will start promptly at 6:30pm. Signed posters of participant Anna Bessonova with photo opportunity will be available at the banquet.
Banquet UPDATE:
The Banquet is 100% FULL!!!!
We are very sorry however our banquet that will host Inna Jhukova, Anna Bessonova,
Olga Kapranova, Vera Sessina, Irina Rizenson, Yulia Yussopova and more is
completely sold-out! We will accept reservations on a courtesy hold. We thank
you for your support!
Photos from the event with Anna Bessonova's autograph will be available for
purchase at the event site.
Event Schedule:
We are aware that many clubs and delegations are planning airline travel and hotel
accommodations. We HIGHLY recommend that all delegations arrive by
Wednesday, January 23, 2008.
Competitors:
A partial list of competitors is now posted online! Please verify your
club entries and forward any changes no later than December 29, 2007 to Tanya@lagymnastics.com.
